We've added more!
Our Fall break is over and it's back to tasting wines! I hope everyone enjoyed the Grape and
Wine Festival and hopefully got the chance to go out and visit a few new wineries. You're invited
to our First Annual Dinner at The Restaurant at Peninsula Ridge. We'll enjoy a glass of wine during
the reception, followed by a delicious three course meal, paired with Peninsula Ridge Estates wines.
A sincere thank you goes to Peninsula Ridge for offering to make our first annual dinner even more
spectacular. They've decided to add more to this event so that it also includes:
- A pre-dinner tour of the winery's facility
- An informal tasting of the Inox 2002 and Cabernet Franc Reserve 2001
- A second wine with each course - including the sold out blockbuster - Sauvignon Blanc 2002
- A meeting with winemaker, Jean-Pierre Colas who will be on hand to field questions and speak about the wines
During dinner you may enjoy the company of our special guests; Jonathon Kuhling (Retail Manager of
Peninsula Ridge) who will briefly discuss each wine, and Bruce Barber (President - Ontario Wine
Society - Toronto Chapter). This is sure to be a memorable event!
