The Summer Bin End Dinner

At The Tasting Rooms at First Canadian Place, 100 King Street West Mezzanine Level

Date: Thursday, August 19, 2004; Reception 6:30pm, Dinner 7:00pm
Members: $67    Non-Members: $75.


As this event will exhaust our current inventory, this may be the last such dinner for sometime. For the occasion, we have chosen The Tasting Rooms which will be able to accommodate us on the patio, weather permitting.

Following a white wine reception, we will have a selection of wine for each table to accompany the following:

  • Appetizer: Fresh halibut tempura on a bed of Niagara greens; smoked tomato sauce
  • Main: A trio tasting plate of:
    • Grilled Alberta Beef Tenderloin with a brandied peppercorn sauce.
    • Grilled Lamb Rack Chop with a rosemary port glaze.
    • Braised Duck Breast with orange sun dried cranberry sauce.
  • Dessert: Tasting Rooms Crème Brulee with a selection of Late Harvest and Icewines.

Parking at First Canadian Place is off Adelaide or York Streets - bring your stub for validation for free parking but public transportation is strongly advised. Please remind your guests that scented after shave or perfume is discouraged.
