How to Join the Niagara Chapter

First time membership dues are $40.00. Membership is renewed every April 1. If you register between October 1 and March 31, your membership will extend one year beyond the April 1 following, and you will not have to renew for up to 18 months. The renewal fee is $30. Mailings of newsletters and event notices, etc. are via e-mail only. You will be notified when it is time to renew your membership.

The main benefit to becoming a member of the Ontario Wine Society is that you and one guest can each attend club events at the member price which is usually $10 less than the non-member price. There are other benefits, such as discounts on products and services offered to Ontario Wine Society members by partner companies.

The Ontario Wine Society will take pictures at events and post some on our web site, or use them in other Society promotional material. I consent to such use for myself and my guests.

I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, and my guests for whom I accept complete responsibility, hereby release and forever discharge and indemnify The Ontario Wine Society (OWS), its executive, all members and their guests, from any and all damages, claims and actions relating to OWS activities, at OWS functions or on OWS grounds. If you'd prefer to mail your application, please print the Printer Friendly Registration Form and send it, together with a cheque for the dues, to the Niagara Chapter address indicated on the form.

Currently, in an effort to recruit new members the Society has an incentive program for new members and existing members.

Here are the details:
  • Every new member will be entitled to one free tasting event with the exception of the annual dinner, ice wine weekend and other special events.
